Reports To: Reimbursement Manager
Locations: 01 Headcount – Hanoi; 02 Headcounts – Ho Chi Minh City
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute reimbursement strategies, action plans, and policies across assigned hospitals and key accounts.
- Support the inclusion of URGO products into hospital reimbursement packages, treatment formularies, and operational workflows, while resolving administrative barriers on the ground.
- Assist the Reimbursement Manager in implementing hospital- and national-level reimbursement projects, including dossier preparation and health economics analysis.
- Gather hospital feedback, product utilization data, and market insights to support policy discussions with the MOH, VSS, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and build compliant, strategic relationships with KOLs, KOCs, KDMs, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Serve as a trusted point of contact to coordinate communication, supporting the submission process, listing requests, and hospital internal approvals.
- Coordinate the organization of scientific conferences, seminars, and CME programs, while driving the collection of Real-World Evidence (RWE).
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align reimbursement activities with commercial strategies, supporting product value communication and strategic account planning.
- Proactively identify reimbursement opportunities to optimize patient access, support business growth, and drive market expansion.
- Closely monitor project progress and hospital listing milestones, providing periodic reports to the Reimbursement Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Pharmacy/Medicine/Public Health/Health Economics/Healthcare Management and other relevant healthcare disciplines.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Hospital Tender Management/Product Specialist or Senior Medical Representative roles with strong hospital exposure in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries
- Experience working with reimbursement systems, public hospitals, and healthcare authorities is highly preferred.
