Job Summary

Ensure delivery of proclamation in compliance with VN legislation on time in full. Identify and official announcement all non-compliance and risk evaluation at proclamation OTIF

Job Responsibilities

Provide labeling information in compliance with legal regulations, internal company policies, or based on documents and inputs from relevant departments (RD, Marketing, MPO, etc.), as well as regulations from other countries around the world

Check an verify that the product label / design complies with the labeling information

Identify the nature of the product based on food science principles and conduct assessment and selection of food safety criteria for proclamation in accordance with legal regulations

Check and verify the compliance of raw materials, additives, processing aids used in the product

Manage the preparation of product/semi-finished product declaration dossiers (HSCB) according to the prescribed templates. Propose reference declaration ranges based on collected product quality data

Research and evaluate the scientific basis for declared and advertised content. Manage and develop a shared scientific foundation to substantiate the scientific validity of communication and advertising messages
