Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Submitting dossiers and closely following up with Ministry of Health (MOH) as Regulatory plan;
  2. Following up and getting hard copies of MOH's letters, approval letters, decisions, notification, product licenses (MA), stamped artworks
  3. Filling and maintaining regulatory database both in hard copies and soft copy;
  4. Handling other administrative tasks such as notarization, payments, photocopy;
  5. Undertaking other tasks related to the registration when assigned (Artwork content, preparing administrative dossiers, printing dossiers);
  6. Keep update of the relevant law that may impact to company's products;
  7. Comply with the Company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
  8. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

Requirements:

  1. Having knowledge of requirements and processes for products registration
  2. Good ability of working in details, negotiation, carefully
  3. Self-motivated and proactivity is essential
  4. Great team worker and good communicator
