Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Vĩnh Hải. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, triage, treatment, and ongoing monitoring in accordance with clinical protocols and organizational standards. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting preventive health and wellbeing initiatives for patients and client workforces. The role involves collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, educating patients on health management, and ensuring strict adherence to infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines. The Registered Nurse will also assist in emergency response situations, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and participate in training and preparedness activities.
Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse license and formal nursing education (e.g., diploma or bachelor's degree in Nursing).
  • Clinical patient care skills including assessment, triage, wound care, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
  • Knowledge of emergency response procedures, infection control practices, and occupational health or workplace healthcare is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse patients, colleagues, and client representatives.
  • Ability to document care accurately, manage medical records, and follow clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Experience in international, remote, or corporate healthcare settings is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a 24/7 environment, demonstrate sound clinical judgment, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health records; additional language skills are a plus.
