Job Description

Position Title: Regional Trade Marketing Manager

Function: Marketing, E-commerce & Trade Marketing

Sub-function: Trade Marketing

Channel: MOFT

Report to: Trade Marketing Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a results-driven and commercially minded candidate to lead the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies across national key accounts. This role plays a critical link between the sales and marketing teams, with a strong focus on driving sell-out, optimizing in-store visibility, and accelerating category growth through tailored customer programs. You will work closely with the modern off-trade sales team to ensure trade plans are aligned with business objectives and customer priorities.

  • Coordinate with Brand Team to support Regional Sales teams/KAMs with Joint Business Planning, by providing insightful data and developing trade marketing strategies that align company objectives with customer needs.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of customized in-store activations, promotional campaigns, and visibility solutions to drive volume and share
  • Analyze sales performance and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities and improve trade ROI
  • Coordinate with PPM team to Define appropriate investment levels and rules of investment by channel and region to drive channel growth and achieve business ambitions.
  • Leverage shopper understanding and store and channel performance to define and allocate right promotion, activation and PG resources.
  • Create & manage planograms and rental/visibility based on guidelines from Marketing, with key customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and channel dynamics to provide market intelligence for the Marketing and Trade Teams to ensure pro-active action plan and decision making
  • Uphold excellence in brand execution by standardizing market execution processes

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Industry Experiences: At least 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG
  • Position Experiences:3+ years managing large team experience, preferably in Trade Marketing/ Sale of Modern Off- Trade Channel at a large FMCG company. Beverage industry is a plus.
  • Language: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)
  • Computer: Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc

  • Comfortable with ambiguity
