Job Description

The Regional Supply Chain Manager – APAC, Compounds is responsible for leading end to end supply chain planning and execution for the assigned region within the Compounds Business Unit. This leadership role manages regional production scheduling, inventory management, customer service, shipping, and related logistics processes to support safety, service, cost, and working capital objectives. The position partners closely with Operations, Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Digital/Demand Planning to ensure reliable product availability and an excellent customer experience in line with the Compounds supply chain strategy.

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across the APAC region, including planning, inventory, logistics, customer service, and procurement.
  • Drive S&OP/SIOP processes to ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and production capabilities.
  • Manage regional inventory and material strategies to optimize service levels and working capital.
  • Oversee customer service, logistics, and supplier management to ensure reliable delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Finance to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Champion digital planning tools, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and lead high-performing regional teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, safety, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, a related field, or relevant work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain with inventory control, logistics, production planning and scheduling, and purchasing/contract negotiations
  • Strong knowledge of end to end supply chain processes, including demand planning, SIOP, production scheduling, inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
  • Proficiency with advanced planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis or similar), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-country teams
