Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all sales activities within the Southern region (including Central Vietnam).
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team (ASM, Team Leaders, Sales Representatives) to achieve business targets and improve overall performance.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Propose channel development initiatives and pricing strategies for distributors, key shops, and dealers.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Support promotional and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and regional presence.
  • Report business performance, key insights, and action plans to the General Manager.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management (South/Central regions), preferably in Consumer Electronics (CE) or Home Appliances.
  • Proven leadership skills with strong ability to coach, motivate, and drive team performance.
  • Solid experience in the GT (General Trade) channel; exposure to international or leading local brands is an advantage.
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in KPI management and reporting.
  • Open-minded, strategic thinker with modern business acumen.
