Role Description The Regional Sales Manager (ETC) will oversee sales operations and business development for the ethical (ETC) channel in Ho Chi Minh City and assigned regions. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and coaching the field sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring effective coverage of key accounts, hospitals, and clinics. The role includes planning and executing regional sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and medical teams to support product promotion and educational activities. The Regional Sales Manager will regularly visit customers, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in regional sales management, territory planning, and account development within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Experience leading and coaching sales teams, including performance management, training, and field supervision.
- Strong abilities in negotiation, customer relationship management, and key account handling with hospitals and clinics.
- Competence in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting using office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals ethically and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field; a higher degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in ETC or ethical pharmaceutical sales in Vietnam, preferably in Ho Chi Minh City or surrounding regions.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and ethical promotional practices.
- Ability to work independently, travel frequently within the region, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
