Role Purpose

The Regional Revenue Optimisation Manager supports the CRO in driving group-wide revenue growth and EBITDA improvement through data-driven analysis, client segmentation, and structured revenue optimisation initiatives.

This role is responsible for analysing client and portfolio performance across markets, identifying high-potential growth opportunities, supporting pricing and commercial decisions, and ensuring disciplined execution of revenue-enhancing initiatives.

The position acts as the analytical and coordination backbone of the regional revenue function, enabling the CRO and Business Development teams to prioritise profitable growth and eliminate revenue leakage..

Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Client Profitability Analysis

  • Analyse revenue performance across servicing and portfolio purchase clients at group and country levels
  • Identify high-potential, under-monetised, and structurally unprofitable clients
  • Support segmentation of clients by profitability, growth potential, risk, and strategic value
  • Develop dashboards tracking revenue contribution, margin trends, and EBITDA impact
  • Provide actionable insights to support client expansion, repricing, or exit decisions

2. Revenue Optimisation & Commercial Support

  • Support the CRO in identifying pricing optimisation opportunities and commercial improvement initiatives
  • Analyse campaign and portfolio performance to identify revenue uplift opportunities
  • Assist in evaluating commercial proposals, pricing scenarios, and incentive structures
  • Support development of revenue forecasts and scenario analysis
  • Track revenue leakage across client lifecycle and propose corrective actions

3. Client Segmentation & Growth Prioritisation

  • Work with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to segment clients based on profitability, strategic value, and cross-sell potential
  • Identify top-tier clients for expansion initiatives
  • Support cross-selling initiatives (servicing, field visit, litigation, portfolio purchase)
  • Track performance of segmented client groups and report progress against growth targets

4. Marketing & Revenue Initiative Coordination

  • Coordinate regional revenue campaigns and client growth initiatives in alignment with BD strategy
  • Maintain a structured calendar of revenue-generating initiatives across markets
  • Track execution and performance of marketing and client engagement activities
  • Ensure initiatives are commercially aligned and measurable

5. Reporting, Governance & CRO Support

  • Prepare revenue performance reports and presentations for the CRO and senior management
  • Standardize revenue reporting templates across markets
  • Monitor compliance with revenue process governance and BD ownership protocols
  • Support strategic reviews and board-level reporting where required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 58 years in revenue analysis, commercial analytics, business performance, or strategic support roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in working/reporting to C-levels management.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
  • Experience in financial services, debt servicing, fintech, or regulated environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
  • Comfortable working across multi-country environments
  • Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations
  • Experience in Sale CRM is an advantage
  • Project Management skills
