Regional Quality Manager

Job Description

• Implement regional quality management strategies to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
• Annual quality improvement project set up at selected suppliers.
• Manage digital KPI Dashboards.
• Lesson learnt to share best practice at regions.
• Plan Trainings from internal or 3rd party.
• Lead supplier performance review via QBRs and 8D review meetings.
• Provide training to enhance the team's expertise in quality management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with experience in packaging or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Managing manufacturing quality team and familiar with IPQC, FQC, and IQC processes.
• Proven experience in conducting NPI verification via PPAP or APQP.
• ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate or equivalent.
• English proficiency: TOEIC 700 or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering Management, Statistics, or Printing-related fields.
• Holding Six Sigma Green Belt certificate or above will be a plus.
