To lead IT Infrastructure & Security in NAE's largest region SEAME&I, comprising 26 premium schools in Southeast Asia, India, & The Middle East.
To manage central shared services within existing schools and introduce them to new ones, working closely with IT leaders in the school and the global team.
Be an important contributor to the Regional IT SLT and Global Infrastructure and Security teams.
To manage and improve the service management framework for identified infrastructure, internal business teams and service providers.
To facilitate rapid resolution of incidents occurring in the production environment.
KEY RESULT AREA
Delivery
Manage and introduce core infrastructure supported by a centralised shared services IT function into schools managed by SEAME&I.
Review and implement cybersecurity best practices within the region.
Liaise with the shared service function to understand the product's operation in detail and agree on the project methodology and process for delivering the infrastructure to each school
Support
Liaise with the schools to facilitate the resolution of operational problems and change requests and provide appropriate training and technical support.
Take ownership of infrastructure incidents, ensuring appropriate priorities are set, required resources are engaged, and regular communication is in place.
Manage the infrastructure support incident queue to ensure timely resolution of escalated incidents
