Aufgabengebiet
- Lead information security governance, compliance, and risk management activities for Vietnam while supporting regional markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and India
- Manage information security threats, incidents, and remediation activities to ensure operational security and compliance
- Partner closely with Legal and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with data privacy laws, regulatory requirements, and security standards
- Identify, monitor, and manage internal and external compliance requirements including data privacy and security frameworks
- Maintain and enhance company-wide information security governance frameworks and policies
- Develop and execute information security awareness and training programs across the organization
- Conduct vendor security assessments and privacy/security evaluations for third-party partners
- Support and advise different business units on security-related requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with regional Information Security teams on security initiatives, governance programs, and operational improvements
- Contribute to risk analysis and mitigation planning related to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- 5-10 years of experience in Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) environments
- Strong understanding of information security frameworks such as ISO27001, ISO27701, and data privacy standards
- Experience managing compliance, risk assessments, security policies, and governance frameworks within enterprise organizations
- Good understanding of cybersecurity risk analysis and security operations principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across regional and business teams
- Business-level English communication skills are required
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, GIAC, or equivalent are highly preferred
- Proactive, hands-on, and business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
