Regional Director of Admissions

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Regional Admission Director to serve as a key partner to the Senior Leadership at Nguyen Hoang Group. This role is responsible for leading the enrollment strategy across our educational institutions within the assigned region, ensuring sustainable growth and brand excellence. You will oversee the entire admission funnel while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring all regional operations align with the Group's overarching vision and rigorous standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Sales, Admissions, or Marketing within the Education industry; including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing multi-site operations.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious enrollment targets in K-12 sectors.
• Exceptional command of English, with the ability to communicate complex strategies and negotiate at a high level.
• Superior data-driven mindset and analytical thinking.
• Advanced project management and organizational skills.
• High resilience and adaptability.
