A leading international professional services organisation is looking to hire a Regional Change Governance Manager to support enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia.
This role sits within the Group IT transformation team and focuses on establishing structured change governance frameworks for initiatives such as AI adoption, automation, digital platforms and enterprise systems rollout across multiple markets.
The role will ensure alignment, accountability and adoption across business units while working closely with senior leadership and country teams.
This is a governance and oversight role, ensuring consistent change management processes and reporting across regional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain change governance frameworks, templates and reporting structures for technology transformation initiatives
Ensure clear accountability and alignment across regional business units and country teams
Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and leadership updates
Monitor readiness, adoption metrics and change progress across markets
Consolidate insights and updates from regional teams into structured reporting for senior stakeholders
Support standardisation of change management processes across multiple markets
Identify potential adoption risks and escalate issues through governance channels
Requirements
57+ years of experience in technology transformation, change management or digital transformation programs
Experience supporting regional or multi-country initiatives
Strong stakeholder management with senior business leaders
Experience with change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter
Exposure to enterprise systems, automation, AI initiatives or digital transformation projects
Strong governance, reporting and programme coordination capabilities
