Overview:
The Regional Analytics Lead role aims to leverage expertise in data stewardship and analytics to enhance data governance, ensure data quality, and deliver valuable business insights and recommendations
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on data stewardship: creating data/report lifecycle process from data collection, cleaning/transformation, data entry and data extraction for all regions
- Implement and establish group data dictionaries: creating group data/metrics definitions, data lineage and usage.
- Implement and establish country data quality assurance process: creating validation methodology and lead the execution in data QA in all regions.
- Prepare and conduct the data reconciliation processes between source and destination system.
- Automate all data operations and create monitoring tools for all regions.
- Lead all analytical products related to collection industry: Case/Lead allocation, Collection Treatment and activities, Target/Bonus calculations, Agent/ Portfolio performance monitoring, PnL analysis, Strategy simulation.
- Lead and implement collection strategy directed by management
- Maintain sets of group reporting/ group presentation for BOD and external clients
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and visualization to support decision making (via Power BI, Grafana or other BI tools)
- Document and maintain technical/business specifications for analytical products.
- Conduct training and coaching for country MIS related to data understanding/usage/analytics/reporting.
Requirements:
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field.
- Minimum two year of experience with different DBMS (Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle)
- Prefer two years of experience in Banking/Financial Institutions.
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI (Visualization & DAX), Python (ETL & Automation)
- Proficient in data modeling.
- Good knowledge of verbal and written English Language.
