Responsibilities
Production & Operations
Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand efficiently.
Oversee refining, extraction, and packaging processes.
Monitor and optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
Apply lean manufacturing principles and maintain accurate production records.
Quality Assurance
Ensure product quality meets industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
Implement quality control procedures across all production stages.
Conduct regular inspections and audits for safety and quality compliance.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Ensure safe handling and disposal of chemicals and byproducts.
Maintain adherence to ISO standards and environmental regulations.
Resource & Cost Management
Manage raw material procurement and inventory levels.
Optimize energy and resource consumption.
Prepare and manage production budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Staff Leadership
Supervise and train production staff on hygiene, safety, and equipment handling.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Maintenance & Technology
Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting with technical teams.
Stay updated on technological advancements in edible oil refining.
Implement and manage ERP systems and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
