Job Title: Team Leader, Recruitment

Reports to: Supervisor, HR Shared Services

Location: Molex Hung Yen

Your Job

Lead the recruitment team to deliver timely and qualified talent for both Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect Labor (IDL) positions. Ensure effective sourcing strategies, compliance, and team development to meet business needs.

Our Team

You will be part of the HR Shared Services at Molex Hung Yen, working alongside HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition partners, and the Koch Recruiting Team. The team focuses on driving recruitment efficiency, employer branding, and workforce planning to support both high-volume and specialized roles within a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, manage, and coach the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets for both Direct Labor and Indirect Labor roles.
  • Allocate recruitment resources effectively and monitor team performance for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline to attract qualified candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with Molex recruitment policies and local labor regulations.
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify opportunities.
  • Partner with HRBP, TA partners, and Koch Recruiting Team to fill specialized and niche roles.
  • Build and nurture relationships with universities, vocational schools, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Identify process gaps in recruitment and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Support initiatives such as early career programs and internal mobility to foster talent development.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring and professional recruitment within a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Fluent in English

What Will Put You Ahead

Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies.Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO and RBA.
