JOB PURPOSE:
Recruitment Leader is responsible for managing & executing recruitment activities as planned, ensuring timely and suitable manpower supply for departments, especially for mass or seasonal hiring needs as required by project.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment task
- Build and develop recruitment channels, including both online and offline platforms, school networks, and employment service centers to create a talent pool for recruitment activities
- Develop recruitment plans and strategies based on the actual and future needs
- Set up and manage KPI for each recruiter to ensure all areas that under your responsibility is controlled and good performance.
- Set up training and development plan for recruiter group.
- Take responsibility to control business performance from a recruitment perspective. Ensure all issues at all projects have been solved timely.
- Supervise and guide recruiters on problem solving, settle down the clients and service issues.
- Final check and take responsibility on all transactions, reports, and others problem which's regarding to recruitment department.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and company policies.
Client management
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, implement staffing solutions, and ensure consistent service quality throughout the engagement.
- Provide regular reports, service summaries, and labor, HR-related consulting.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure service quality.
Support in Business Development
- Maintain communication with existing clients to expand service scope.
- Support or join with managers in approaching clients, including approaching and developing new customers.
Others
- Manage admin tasks in the operation of team.
- Other assignments from line manager & company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in recruiting blue-collar workforce
- Proficient in recruitment costs management and evaluating channels
- Clear and purposeful communication;
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Customer service mindset; proactive, adaptable, and improvement oriented.
- Ability to adapt and support others through change.
- Solution-oriented mindset; eager to learn and receptive to feedback.
- Able to manage team KPIs effectively.
