Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GREEN DRAGON INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CORP located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting.
1. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Post job ads on various job boards, social media platforms, and career pages.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and gather feedback.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding and talent attraction campaigns.
- Prepare and present hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
- Assist in onboarding new employees when necessary.
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience the logistics industry and in recruiting drivers is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
