- Receive approved purchase requests from relevant departments

- Check inventory and pending orders to plan purchases

- Search, evaluate, and select suppliers in the domestic market

- Contact suppliers, prepare payment requests, and report to superiors

- Negotiate prices and delivery capabilities with domestic suppliers

- Draft contracts and store supplier-related documents

- Coordinate with logistics to handle customs clearance

- Track import orders and ensure delivery schedules

- Handle arising issues and propose solutions to reduce costs

- Create supplier and product codes

- Check and record input invoices and submit for monthly tax review

- Track supplier payables, loan repayment schedules, and payment proposals

- Monitor and distribute uniforms, stationery, etc.

- Support other departments and perform assigned tasks.
