RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment coordination
-Enrich candidate pool through linkedin and facebook watching, collect and recommend suitable applicant or potential candidates for the team and assigned vacancies
-Timely update recruitment database, maintain data accuracy for candidate's database, job database and offer management
-Coordinate payment for headhunt and other relation tasks
Employee experience
-Accurately maintain communication with candidates for successful offer including but not limited to documents collection, instruction for onboarding, internal HR collaboration
-Effectively deliver company introduction and other messages to DL new hires to intrigue through orientation
-Follow with new hires at meaningful interval before and after onboard to timely diagnose the success of onboarding and the risk of losing candidates
-Recommend improvements on processes and tools to maximize candidates satisfaction with our brand
Recruitment communication
-Manage Facebook fan page and other channel of communication in term of message reply and/or issues log
-Maintain a unify image of job posting, solving inquiries from employees as well as external candidate
-Collaborate with internal HR for clarification and message reply
-Create and manage HR policies communication on fanpage to educate and reduce pressure from employees in term of policies and processes interpretation
QUALIFICATIONS
-Experienced in the same/similar position
-Proficient in English
