Recruitment Officer

Goertek Vietnam is a manufacturing and sales company specializing in acoustic precision components and smart hardware. Founded in March 2013 in Beining, Vietnam, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products to our customers.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer at our Qu V location. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Proficient in interviewing and recruiting
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Experience using applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
