Recruitment Officer/Executive

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Hanoi.

• Represent HRchannels Group in sourcing, screening, and assessing potential candidates to recommend top-quality profiles to our clients.
• Conduct first-round interviews on behalf of our clients.
• Approach and engage with candidates in a professional, efficient, and effective manner.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience (Recruitment experience is not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to use foreign languages (English, Chinese, Korean, or Japanese) is a plus.
• Passionate about business and recruitment.
• Presentable appearance with a bright and friendly demeanor.
• Sharp thinking, proactive, and quick to adapt.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a tactful and professional approach.
