We are looking for a results-focussed high calibre Recruiter with experience in generating and converting enrolments of international students

• Identify business development opportunities in Vietnam to enhance and grow the ECA brands
• Work closely with the Country Manager and marketing team to be in charge of marketing activities and drive interest both online and offline
• Develop relationships with existing and new agent partners to recruit students to ECA University Brands regarding the Country Manager’s arrangement.
• Provide agent training on all ECA courses (Selling Points, Admission Procedures etc).
• Organise distribution of marketing collateral to deliver in Vietnam.
• Frequent travel is required, as well as a willingness to work flexible hours to fulfill the various duties of this position.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in student recruitment for Australia's higher education market (Fresher can be considered)

· Experience in managing sales target

· Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Strong relationship-building skills & communication skills
