JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive team sales performance by setting clear targets, monitoring KPIs, and providing hands-on coaching, motivation, and strategic planning.
- Lead business development efforts with a strong industry network, while deepening relationships with core clients through professional and consultative service delivery.
- Guide consultants in identifying top talent and advising candidates effectively, ensuring quality placements and smooth recruitment processes.
- Ensure team compliance with internal SOPs and policies, while fostering team growth through skill development and active mentoring.
- Drive strategic growth by independently managing key transactions, making sound business decisions, and ensuring consistent delivery without the need for close supervision
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree: Open to any major.
- English Communication Skills: Strong proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Work Ethic: Hardworking and highly focused individuals are strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 58 years of recruitment experience, with at least 23 years in a team lead or managerial role within a headhunting or recruitment consultancy environment.
- Proven track record in executive search, midsenior level hiring, or specialized hiring (e.g., Technology, Engineering, Commercial roles).
