We are looking for the candidate for Mass Recruitment Intern – HR Outsourcing Services located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Purpose
Mass Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for various recruitment orders from clients, working closely with clients to provide services timely and effectively. This role will also maintain long-term relationships with clients and enhance clients satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Goal Achievement
- Be responsible for achieving individual recruitment and financial targets.
- Contribute to the achievement of team revenue and performance goals.
- Follow up with clients regarding payment progress and support the reduction of outstanding debts.
2. Recruitment Service Process
Recruitment Service Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong candidate database and recruitment channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate closely with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide suitable talent solutions.
- Support candidates during the offer acceptance and onboarding stages.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations and process alignment.
- Work closely with team members to share market intelligence, candidate insights, and recruitment best practices.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information.
- Prepare and submit recruitment reports as required.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Support internal and external audits when required.
3. Client Consultation & Relationship Management
- Provide professional consultation and recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings and visits to understand business needs and recruitment requirements.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent availability information when appropriate.
Requirements
Education
- Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law)
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Staffing Services, or related fields.
- Experience in recruitment agencies, headhunting firms, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- English communication skills are preferred.
