Role Description
- Source, screen, and build a high-quality candidate pipeline for assigned job positions
- Support candidates and clients throughout the interview process, including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback collection to ensure timely updates and successful hiring outcomes
- Achieve individual KPIs as required by Job Savvy
- Participate in promoting Job Savvy's employer brand to the market and potential clients
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in IT companies or headhunting firms
- Experience working with KPIs, metrics, and recruitment pipelines
- Proactive, able to work independently, and capable of handling pressure related to deadlines and revenue targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and candidate management skills
- Good English communication skills
