As part of our expansion, EV Search – ICT Team (HCMC) is looking for passionate Recruitment Consultants at Junior, Senior, and Team Lead levels to grow with us and drive impactful hiring projects.
Key Responsibilities
For all levels:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for ICT & Technology roles
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and business context
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Provide professional consultation to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate data and pipeline updates on the CRM system
- Additional responsibilities for Senior / Team Lead:
- Handle senior-level or niche ICT positions
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor to key clients
- Support, coach, and mentor junior consultants
- Contribute to team performance, recruitment strategy, and process improvement
- Team Lead role: manage team KPIs, performance tracking, and team development
Requirements
Junior Consultant:
- 0–1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong interest in recruitment, headhunting, and the ICT industry
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and resilience
Senior Consultant:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or headhunting (ICT/Tech is a strong advantage)
- Proven track record in recruitment delivery or client management
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
Team Lead:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, with leadership or mentoring exposure
- Strong client-facing and business development mindset
- Experience leading or coaching a recruitment team is a plus
- Strategic thinking and strong ownership mindset
