About the Role:
This role is for someone who is serious about building a long-term career in recruitment — going beyond simply matching CVs, and focusing on understanding people and delivering meaningful hiring outcomes.
You will take full ownership of the candidate side of the recruitment process — becoming a trusted partner to candidates throughout their career journey
What'll you do:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to offer stage), with a primary focus on IT positions
• Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and networking
• Proactively engage candidates to understand their background, expectations, and career motivations
• Provide guidance and insights to candidates on market trends, job opportunities, and career directions
• Ensure a smooth, thoughtful, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and well-structured candidate data on ATS
• Continuously learn about roles, technologies, and the talent market to improve recruitment quality
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency/consultancy is a plus)
• Solid understanding of IT roles and hiring landscape
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Proactive, resilient, and self-driven mindset in a target-driven environment
• A track record of consistency (e.g. pipeline building, successful placements, or achieving KPIs)
• Growth mindset — willing to step out of comfort zones, adapt to change, and continuously improve
• Open to experimenting with new approaches, tools, and technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness
