This is not a passive HR internship.
As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you'll operate in a sales-driven environment, where recruiting means building trust, creating momentum, and closing candidates and clients.
You'll work directly with senior consultants and be involved in real revenue-relevant projects from day one.
You will:
- Actively source and approach candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search
- Learn how to sell opportunities to candidates and position roles effectively
- Conduct first interviews to qualify motivation, skills, availability, and fit
- Build and manage candidate pipelines from first contact to interview stage
- Follow up consistently and professionally to keep processes moving
- Coordinate interviews and manage expectations on both candidate and client side
- Maintain clean, structured data in the ATS/CRM (pipeline discipline matters)
- Support shortlist creation and contribute to hiring decisions
- Assist in market research (talent availability, salary ranges, competition)
- Learn how recruitment deals are prepared, negotiated, and closed
We're looking for someone who:
- Is currently enrolled or recently graduated (Business, Economics, HR, Psychology, IT, or similar)
- Has a strong interest in sales, consulting, recruiting, or entrepreneurship
- Ideally first experience in sales, recruiting, consulting, or customer-facing roles (nice to have)
- Enjoys communication, persuasion, and building relationships
- Is comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and direct conversations
- Thinks in terms of outcomes, not just tasks
- Works in a structured, reliable, and disciplined way
- Speaks fluent English
