Our team are expanding and we are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant/ Business Development Executive (Non experience/ Fresh graduate welcome) to join our team!

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for client and candidate management, playing a vital part in our recruitment process. Your main tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, as well as identifying suitable candidates for various job positions. Strong communication skills, organization, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding careers are essential.

• Develop and manage key accounts while securing new, significant business opportunities for the company via cold calling.
• Establish strong, effective relationships, understand the key decision-makers, and engage in business discussions with senior executives.
• Proactively promote a range of recruitment solutions, showcasing successes in retained business, advertising selection, and complex proposals.
• Confidently pitch candidates to clients over the phone, facilitating interviews based on recommendations.
• Oversee the offer process with assurance, handling counter offers and negotiating packages for both candidates and clients.
• Assist in integrating new team members by modeling best practices in recruitment and system procedures.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
