Position: Recruitment & Training Leader
Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

1. Job Purpose
The Recruitment & Training Leader is responsible for managing all recruitment activities, developing talent pipelines, organizing training programs, and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality employees that meet the company's growth needs.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from planning to onboarding.
- Identify and attract suitable candidates for technical, sales, and managerial positions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Plan and implement employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain and expand recruitment networks and candidate databases.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment and training performance.
3. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Leader or similar position.
- Experience in industrial or technical equipment companies is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to recruit technical, sales, and management roles.
- Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Basic English (enough to screening CVs) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
