This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter position located in Hai Phong City, Vietnam. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet the hiring needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Additionally, the Recruiter will play a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Experience in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment within manufacturing or electronics industries is a plus
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is highly desirable
