Job title: Recruiter
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the position is to ensure the high quality and time readiness of hiring process with strong employer branding activities, qualified candidate sourcing & database, interview & selection techniques, onboarding and internal communication
Working schedule:
- 44 hours/week, off on Saturday and Sunday
Job summary:
- Identify and manage recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and recommending hiring decisions.
- Draft and post job announcements across relevant platforms.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Guide new hires in preparing required documents; collect, verify, and maintain personnel files in line with company standards.
- Assist in organizing internal communications and employee engagement events.
- Conduct plant tours for students, partners, and visitors.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, languages, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in Human Resources (specializing in Recruitment)
- Have good knowledge of recruitment processes
- Fluent in English (TOEIC/IELTS certificate is a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
