Job Description

Job title: Recruiter

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the position is to ensure the high quality and time readiness of hiring process with strong employer branding activities, qualified candidate sourcing & database, interview & selection techniques, onboarding and internal communication

Working schedule:

-44 hours/week, off on Saturday and Sunday

Job summary:

-Identify and manage recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

-Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and recommending hiring decisions.

-Draft and post job announcements across relevant platforms.

-Support candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

-Guide new hires in preparing required documents; collect, verify, and maintain personnel files in line with company standards.

-Assist in organizing internal communications and employee engagement events.

-Conduct plant tours for students, partners, and visitors.

-Perform other HR-related tasks assigned.

Job Requirement:

-Bachelor's degree in human resources, languages, Business Administration, or a related field.

-At least 6 months of experience in Human Resources (specializing in Recruitment)

-Have good knowledge of recruitment processes

-Fluent in English (TOEIC/IELTS certificate is a plus).

-Strong communication and presentation skills.

-Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
