About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable HR professional to manage recruitment and basic HR operations for our office and factory in Nha Trang. This role is ideal for someone with experience who has delivered results and is eager to grow further. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop into a full HR Business Partner role.
Salary: Competitive, starting from 15,000,000 VND
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all local positions
Source candidates through local channels: Facebook groups, universities, offline networks, and referrals
Maintain a stable candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Communicate with teams, gather feedback, and assist with small operational issues
Onboard new employees efficiently
Handle basic HR administration: contracts, documents, and simple HR processes
Support managers with day-to-day HR tasks
Keep HR processes organized, clear, and up-to-date
Requirements
Prior experience in HR or recruitment
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with initiative
Good spoken English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with both office and factory roles
Nice to Have
Local network in Nha Trang or nearby provinces
Experience in FMCG, retail, hospitality, or manufacturing
Experience hiring blue-collar staff (workers, promoters, warehouse staff, sales staff)
