Recruiter (Mass)

This is a contract-based, hybrid position for a Recruiter (Mass) role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying qualified candidates for various roles, and building strong talent pipelines. Other tasks include job posting, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to assess hiring needs, and handling administrative tasks related to the recruitment process. Certain components of the role may be completed remotely, but candidates should have the flexibility to work partially on-site.

• Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for a high volume of positions
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
• Previous experience in large-scale recruitment is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
