Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Recruiter who is fluent in English and experienced in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT and non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with international clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews in English
- Coordinate technical interviews with clients and internal teams
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare job postings and recruitment reports
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines
- Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment portals
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT recruitment experience is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with international clients
