What You Will Involve
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution (90%)
- Develop and execute end-to-end hiring plans for factory and office positions.
- Identify talent needs in collaboration with functional managers.
- Coordinate the full cycle of recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and handling job offers.
- Maintain a recruitment tracker and provide regular updates to management.
- Plan employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
What We Need You Have
3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good English communication skills (speaking and writing).
Familiar with the local labor market and sourcing for both workers and office staff.
