The Role

We are looking for a Recruiter who will play a critical role in delivering endtoend recruitment solutions for our client. In this position, you'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensure excellence in service delivery, and help build a recruitment engine that consistently attracts the best talent.

Key Accountabilities

As a Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle from vacancy consultation through offer acceptance, while ensuring high standards of delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Build Strong Client Relationships

  • Partner directly with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders to understand workforce needs and talent requirements.
  • Advise on hiring strategies, market realities, DEI considerations, and timelines, acting as a true recruitment consultant.
  • Maintain or improve annual Client CSAT and Candidate CSAT scores through exceptional service delivery

Deliver BestinClass Recruitment

  • Lead vacancy consultations, shaping sourcing strategies alongside the Sourcing team.
  • Guide hiring managers through selection, assessments, and final decisionmaking.
  • Ensure each candidate is wellqualified, engaged, and properly informed before being presented.
  • Manage offers, negotiate when required, and successfully close selected candidates.
  • Achieve or exceed hiring productivity targets and SLA/ KPI commitments.

Partner Across Teams

  • Collaborate with other teams to remove bottlenecks and enhance funnel performance.
  • Mentor supporting teams on best practices and client culture to enable highquality delivery.

Ensure Excellence in Technology & Compliance

  • Maintain realtime accuracy across ATS, CRM, and recruitment trackers to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Flag compliance or risk issues and support continuous improvement across the account.
  • Support demand planning conversations and talent pooling initiatives.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who is both peoplecentric and processdriven, with the ability to influence, prioritise, and deliver results.

  • Proficiency in prioritisation, problem solving, and maintaining accuracy in a fastmoving environment.
  • A growth mindset, resilience, and commitment to delivering outcomes against agreed targets.
  • Prior end to end recruitment experience especially in manufacturing, engineering or automation industry will be a huge plus
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of endtoend recruitment processes (internal or RPO).
  • Comfortable using ATS/CRM platforms and MS Office.
  • Ability to adhere to compliance, data accuracy, and process frameworks
