As we continue to grow, we are looking for Career Advisors who want to build experience in recruitment while working flexibly and remotely.

Your Role
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, internal databases, and other channels
- Contact and communicate with potential candidates
- Provide career advice and job-related guidance
- Arrange and coordinate interviews
- Follow up after interviews and collect feedback
- Maintain and update candidate records in the internal database
Who We're Looking For
- Interest in recruitment or career advisory work specializing for accounting/finance/tax
- English or Japanese communication skills
- Proactive, responsive, and responsible working style
- Polite, positive, and professional attitude
- Experience in recruitment/HR is a plus, but not mandatory
- Suitable for: Part-time professionals, Freelancers, Career switchers, and New graduates looking to enter recruitment
Compensation
- Part-time and Service Contract have different compensation structures
- Fixed pay (if applicable) + performance-based incentives
- Details will be shared individually based on contract type and experience
