  • Consistently ensure professional, friendly and engaging service delivery across all recreation areas.
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction, ensuring service exceeds expectations.
  • Handle guest complaints and critical incidents effectively and promptly.
  • Drive guest engagement programs (e.g. We Make Moments) to enhance RPS performance.
  • Oversee daily operations of all Recreation facilities: Pool, Beach, Gym, Kids Club, M Lounge.
  • Ensure facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained and aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, infrastructure and inventory.
  • Ensure proper setup of pool, beach and activity areas.
  • Plan, implement and monitor daily activity programs and special events.
  • Ensure programs are delivered safely, on schedule and at high quality standards.
  • Develop new ideas to enhance guest experience and activity offerings.
  • Manage contingency plans for weather or operational disruptions.
  • Supervise, train and develop Recreation team (Fitness, Lifeguard, Activities, Attendants).
  • Assign duties, monitor performance and ensure efficient shift operations.
  • Maintain discipline, grooming and professional standards.
  • Conduct regular training programs and ensure training hours compliance.

Additional Information

  • Bachelor's degree; graduate degree for advancement, 1-2 years experiences in related position
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
  • Detailed knowledge of working practices of activities
  • Ability to cope with pressure
  • Ability to work a personal computer
  • Capable of preparing reports and presentations in English.
  • Knowledge of local language
  • Strong resistance
