Job Description

Administrations

Responsible for receptionist

Support monitoring and maintaining inventory supplies, ordering replacement supplies when needed (stationery, water, spare supplies, etc.)

Support bookings (car, flower,...) and reconcile booking data at the end of the month

Support to organize internal events, activities

Other tasks assigned by Workplace Ambassador

Facilities Management

Support checking the quality of office facilities (lighting/electricity/air conditioning systems, tables and chairs,...)

Coordinate with housekeeping team to ensure office is tidy up

Qualification

Minimum 6 months internship commitment

Good in English communication, problem solving skills

Good computer skills such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
