Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Deliver high-standard customer service and face-to-face support.

Represent COBI Towers & COBI Work with a proactive, professional, and service-oriented image.

Keep the reception area clean and tidy; maintain neat uniform and professional appearance.

Greet visitors in person and by phone in a polite and friendly manner.

Record and monitor visitor entry when required.

Receive service requests/complaints from tenants and forward them promptly to relevant teams.

Document tasks, follow up, and ensure smooth progress and completion.

Adhere to building security policies and procedures.

Receive and dispatch mail/parcels and update the mail log.

Identify and respond proactively to tenants and visitors needs.

Support office/phone setup and administrative requests for members.

Assist in preparing member events and community activities.

Handle administrative, secretarial, mail and delivery tasks as requested.

Manage member check-in and check-out procedures.

Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently.

Coordinate with IT for basic on-site technical issues.

Maintain relationships with vendors to support operations and member experience.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.

Support the regional operations team in improving efficiency and productivity.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the Property Manager/General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrate good verbal and written English skills. (Mandarin is acceptable).

Demonstrate good communication skills.

Have a teamwork spirit and strong work ethics.

Possess an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Be willing to learn new functions, procedures and recognize opportunities to improve.

Ability to prioritize, planning skills, well-organized, multitasking.

Presentation skills, Complaint handling skills.

Ability to analyze situations, evaluate alternatives and come up with workable solutions.

Be Creative, enthusiastic, responsible and can-do attitude.

SALARY: NEGOTIATE (MINIMUM 15.000.000 GROSS)

Meal allowance: 50,000 VND/day; transportation allowance, attendance bonus, tuition support for employees children, and foreign language tuition support for employees.

Time to work:

Shift A: 7:00 - 15:30

Shift B: 8:00 - 16:30

Shift C: 9:30 - 18:00

Shift D: 11:30 - 20:00

From Mon to Sun (1 day off/week)
