Role Description

This is a contract role for a Receivable Accountant based on-site in HCMC. The Receivable Accountant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer accounts, tracking payments, reconciling accounts receivable balances, and preparing financial reports. The role includes ensuring accurate recording of transactions, following up on late payments, and collaborating with the finance team to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable, Account Reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with industry-standard accounting software and tools.
• Strong skills in data entry, time management, and adherence to deadlines.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with the construction or engineering industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
