Calculation & Reconciliation: Accurately calculate commercial discounts, payment discounts, sales volume rebates, and supplier commissions in strict accordance with signed contracts and commercial agreements.
Receivable Management: Closely monitor and manage outstanding rebate accounts receivable from suppliers; collaborate with the Purchasing/Commercial departments to expedite and ensure timely collections.
Data Management & Reporting: Consolidate, process, and maintain rebate datasets. Prepare periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and ad-hoc rebate reports for the Executive Board and relevant departments (Finance, Commercial, Purchasing).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Assist in resolving discrepancies or data disputes regarding rebate amounts between the Company and suppliers.
Ad-hoc Assignments: Execute additional reporting, financial analysis, and other operational tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements
Age: 22 – 30 years old.
Education: College or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in accounting, rebate tracking, receivable control, or those who have worked in the Retail or FMCG industries.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
Advanced Excel skills are strictly required (mastery of lookup functions, data referencing, Pivot Tables, etc.) with the ability to manipulate data and build reports independently.
