Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers (around 1 year of team lead experience required).
  • Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver product features.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure technical quality.
  • Provide technical solutions and troubleshoot issues during development.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with React Native.
  • 1+ year of experience in a lead/mentorship role.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile app architecture.
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • English: Basic communication level (can read and write technical documents).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, GCP) or DevOps practices.
