Experience Required
- 7+ years of overall software development experience
- 4+ years of strong handson experience in React Native
- Proven experience delivering productiongrade mobile applications
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Mandatory Technical Skills
Mobile Development
- Strong expertise in React Native
- Deep understanding of:
- Functional components
- React Hooks
- State management (Redux / Context API / Zustand)
- Experience with crossplatform development (iOS & Android)
- Knowledge of mobile app lifecycle, performance tuning, and memory management
JavaScript & UI
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
- Expertise in building responsive, reusable UI components
- Experience with styling libraries (StyleSheet, Styled Components)
API & Integration
- Strong experience consuming REST APIs / GraphQL
- Handling authentication, session management, and error handling
- Integration with thirdparty SDKs and libraries
Native & Device Features
- Experience working with:
- Push notifications
- Camera, GPS, biometric authentication
- App permissions and device storage
- Ability to integrate native modules when required
DevOps & Quality (Strongly Preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (AppCenter, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Familiarity with:
- Unit testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library)
- Debugging and performance monitoring
- Experience publishing apps to Apple App Store & Google Play Store
Good to Have
- Exposure to Node.js or backend collaboration
- Experience with Firebase, analytics, or crash reporting tools
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices
- Experience in financial services applications
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain React Native mobile applications
- Build reusable, highquality components and libraries
- Collaborate with backend teams, QA, and client stakeholders
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Fix bugs, optimize performance, and support enhancements
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
