Role Overview

One of our clients is seeking aSenior React Engineerto design and build modular, high-performance dashboards and internal management tools. This role focuses on clean component architecture, structured state management, and tight API integration. You will work within an agile ticketing environment and contribute to a scalable, maintainable front-end codebase. This is not a pixel-only UI role we need a structured frontend engineer who thinks in systems and reusable components.

Key Responsibilities

• Modular Development:Design and build clean, reusable React components and modules for complex data visualization and internal management tools.
• State Management:Implement robust state management using functional components and hooks to ensure high performance and reliability.
• API Integration:Work closely with our backend team to consume REST APIs, ensuring the front-end stays perfectly aligned with backend contracts.
• Clean Architecture:Maintain a high standard of code quality, following structured Git workflows and contributing to a scalable front-end codebase.
• Execution:Work within an agile, structured ticketing environment (Jira/Azure DevOps) to deliver features with minimal supervision once the direction is set.

Must-Have Qualification

• Expert React Knowledge:Deep experience with functional components, hooks, and modern state management patterns.
• Dashboard Specialist:Proven track record building SaaS-style dashboards or complex internal administrative tools.
• Component Architect:A design system mindsetyou build components intended to be reused, not just one-off fixes.
• Workflow Pro:Comfortable with Git-flow, pull requests, and working within defined architectural constraints.

Nice-to-Have

• TypeScript:Strong proficiency is highly valued.
• Node.js Familiarity:Ability to navigate and understand Node.js environments.
• Australian Context:Experience working with Australian SMBs or in an MSP environment is a plus.
