About the Role
The RAN Integration Engineer is responsible for configuration, commissioning, integration, and
troubleshooting of Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment including 2G/3G/4G/5G systems,
ensuring delivery meets Ericsson standards, customer requirements, and project KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares, collects and validates scripts, licenses and configuration files for site integration.
- Prepares, collects and validates the method of procedure (MOP) for site integration.
- Performs commissioning, integration and migration of RAN nodes.
- Performs software installation, update, upgrade and feature activation.
- Performs troubleshooting to diagnose issues, taking corrective actions or raising escalationswhere needed to ensure quality of delivery.
- Prepare integration reports, as-built documents and handover files to support ATP andcustomer acceptance.
- Support initial RF optimization and parameter tuning.
- Provide technical support during cluster rollout.
- Coordinate with Core, Transmission, and Field teams.
- Drive changes to processes and methods related to integration activities to improve deliveryefficiency and quality
- Should be able to supervise others periodically

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in RAN commissioning/integration.
- Strong knowledge of LTE/5G RAN architecture and call flows.
- Good understanding of IP networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, etc..).
- Good programming/scripting skills (e.g. Python) for automation, log analysis, and taskoptimization.
- Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
- High ownership, proactive attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and tight rollout timelines.
- Willing to travel and work night shifts when required.
